Grilled Sockeye Salmon.

Sockeye salmon that my cousin caught in Alaska. Marinated and grilled on a cedar plank. Asparagus out of our patch and Jasmine rice.
Pretty stinkin tasty!

Dang, may have to make a trip to Kodiak this summer and see what Jeff can line me up with :thumbup:

I know halibut and king salmon are 2 of em' ;)
ever wonder where the white goes when the snow melts??

Good stuff. I like to marinate my salmon in a 50/50 mixture of pure maple syrup and soy sauce. Prior to grilling.

There was both in this marinade. A bit of ginger and EVO.
It really is a classic meal.
