My name is Rick James from Augusta Georgia and I have been building box calls and scratch boxes as a hobby since 2005 and hunting turkeys since the early 80’s. I retired from the Power company 2 years ago and decided I would try my hand at trumpets. I have a couple posted over on the classified’s for sale and figured I’d put a few on here too.
Orange Agate with Artificial Ivory
Cocobolo with Artificial Ivory
These Calls are available
Thanks for looking

Re: New Trumpets
Yeah, that nickname came about when I went to Kansas pheasant hunting and my buddy’s dad ,who raised cattle, at dinner one night said I was a good guy but I looked a little “wormy”…said I could probably use a little Ivermectin— after that nobody on that hunt called me Rick anymore…
But you can call me Rick, or SuperFreak, I got lots of nicknames
Thanks for looking

Here’s a little video clip my wife made last year while we were hunting, running a Argentine Lignum call that I made.
