Cold weather Mallards !

Enjoyed some cold weather mallards on this record setting day of heat ! :thumbup: Mallards, jalapeños, cream cheese and of course wrapped in Bacon over charcoal ! :old_glory:

Them look tasty!!!!! Duck season and cooler weather can't get here quick enough.

Looks good. If I ever get back into waterfowl, I'll have to give that a try.

Looks like ya' turned them into some nice warm scrumptious eatin' thare :thumbup:

Cold weather mallards, to me, reminds me of huntin' over the iced over areas, an' brakin' ice in their waterin' spot to hunt. Then watchin' their corn filled crops bust open, when they hit the ice around the open water, after they came back from feedin' in local farm fields ;)
OR havin' yer' waders & yer'self', froze to the boat seat, on a wild ride out in the early a.m. on a boat, with a lunatic Indian guide, on Walpole Island :LMAO:
ever wonder where the white goes when the snow melts??
