Canadian wildfire

Post by Samm4770 »

Crazy our friends to the north hopefully they are okay with these wildfires. Picture is the Niagara Falls skyline. The sun looks like a 10 watt lightbulb

NYC had so much smoke today it was like being in a movie. A crazy orange glow over the entire city. I think there trying to kill us.

Spent the past 4 days in northern Michigan fighting the ticks and could smell the fires and see the smoke.

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Not seeing much smoke but can smell it a little. I've been fighting an upper respiratory issue with a dry cough
for about a month, started prior to the fires. I was just about clear Wed but Thurs it started up again. I think
it is due to the "bad" air. We've gone 20+ days with out rain so that isn't helping. Supposed to rain Sun evening
& Tues then dry until the next week with rain almost everyday so I'm hoping that will settle things down.

I heard that Nova Scotia has a 25,000 hectare fire burning as well.
