Snack

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

So stumbled across this on Facebook had to try...
4 sleeves saltines
1 2/3 olive oil
2 ranch packets
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cracked black pepper
3 tbl red pepper flakes
Pour oil and spices zip lock bag... Shakey Shakey til mixed.... Pour in crackers to and turn til well coated, do again in an hour and again.... Let sit over night

Thought it would be greasy it's not crackers absorb all the oil.... Thought they'd be soggy, no still crisp

It's dang good, simple and addictive

My wife makes some, calls them Firecrackers. They are spicey, and good.

We've done oyster crackers with same recipe. Definitely addictive.
