So when I have pretzel.buns I find ways to use them.... Made the burger the other night, sloppy joes last night than tonight I decided make egg salad

I rarely use eggs, was mad a couple weeks ago didn't realize I had two dozen outdated and tossed into pond so they wouldn't stink....

So once again have a dozen eggs on hand with two out.... I always see people using air fryer for eggs.... Well I adhered to the 250 for 17, ice bath, peel.... They peeled really easy no bits and pieces.... Was happy... Mayo, spicy brown, some green onion I already had cut, salt and pepper

Looks so good but it had to be a struggle to keep the salad in the bun.

Your exactly right I transferred to big plate, thought about grabbing dad's tray... First bite plot, I was smart had a fork stuffed her back in and with the squishy ness of re pretzel bun it did alright after that....

Take butter or oil and put on a paper plate

Eggs on roof and another paper plate covering. 50 seconds and done
