Rhodes frozen dinner rolls, thaw roll flat 1/8 inch or so... Do up your fixings, lay down your cheese if using, place fixings in, fold up seal, flip put on greased cookie sheet 350 for 20 ish keep an eye when its browned proper pull.

Made breakfast one before... Good too bacon eggs peppers onion whatever

Yeah first day we break 70 I'll stay in do stew :( Morning started out bad I was way behind, wanted spend day outside.. Thought I had backstrap our for street tacos, made my marinade look at bag STEW!!! BLEEPIDY BLEEP BLEEEEP...

Thank goodness had everything on hand so stew it was.... Turned our really good, not my ideal on a warm sunny day lol

Not Street Tacos



So my 100 mph shopping trips bite me sometimes... Instead of 4.5" I grabbed 6" called around couldn't find them...Even outraged not driving 15 miles...



Super easy, 6 hr marinade... Throw tortillas on burner. Hot pan, til liquid absorbed.. Topped red onion, chorizo, shredded queso, sour cream, squeeze a lime, dash of hot sauce...

Did something I rarely do cook venison as well just venison... Broke out the cast....

Buffalo/Butter Skillet Corn



I do skillet corn alot a ways figured what the heck... Keeper



Plate job sucks, when I saw my Venny was overdone just hurried

Air Fried Cajun Marinated and Seasoned Venison Kabobs

Once in a while it pays to follow so many cooking pages on FB... Tony chachere posted this for beef other day so I took out some Venny

Marinated in Chacheres Steakhouse Marinade for 2 hours.... Made kabobs up Shook Tony Charges Bold all over.... In the air fryer 400 7 minutes... I like my veggies tender crisp and my Venny rare to med rare and this was perfect....

Dude, OMG... Phenomenal..... No spinny spinny of stuff on skewers when flipped.... Taste was outta this world.... I like making my own marinades by this was 5*

10 hr, marinade, quick sizzle a lil cilantro and red onion, splash of lime juice and drizzle of hot sauce...

I had a hankering tonight for the Spicy Garlic Venny.... I got this dialed in, it's for enough bite you know it's there but not grabbing for milk or bread.... Isn't just heat taste is there and the sticky sauce clings to everything. I spent some time dumping out the sauce a few months ago til.i got it right, tonight it was right...
