PK Grill
Re: PK Grill
But, why?
Re: PK Grill
Depends on what kind of cooking you're planning to do. If you want to grill only, then the PK should be fine. If you want to grill and also smoke (low and slow), then I'd look at a Vision kamado-style cooker. I've had my Vision for several years now and would highly recommend it! I'd look up video reviews on Youtube and decide based on that.

Re: PK Grill
It looks like a particularly expensive portable grill. What is the attraction over, say, a Weber kettle?
Re: PK Grill
I've been thinking about buying a PK myself. I have a cast-aluminum grill that's 30 plus years old, a PK is as close to it as I've found. $800.00 is a lot of money but if it lasts half as long as the one I'm replacing that ain't too bad.
Thank you Lord for creating these wonderful birds and allowing us to chase after them.
Re: PK Grill
What I am looking at is how durable the cast aluminum is. It should out last a weber by many years. The basic model go's for around 350.00
Re: PK Grill
I can't give a review of a PK but the cast aluminum grill have has outlasted several Webers, owned by friends.
This is the model I'm looking at.

Re: PK Grill
Came yesterday.
I should finish putting it together this evening. Full report after I've cooked something.
