Takes the longer invector chokes. I have one setting the door. Short invector chokes are for the Steven 301. I have the mossberg 500 410 TSS turkey gun in bottom land camo. I bought it for squirrel hunting.

Some have called them winchoke. Browning never made anything other than invector bpssquirrel_hunter wrote: ↑May 15th, 2021, 8:04 pm Takes the longer invector chokes. I have one setting the door. The 301T is actually its own thread design
Early on I believed what a choke tube maker in Georgia was calling invector etc as a invector/winchoke and that the bps thread was invector plus.
Stuart at Indiancreek called and spoke with Browning and they verified that the only 410 thread is invector bps that they have made.

That I don’t. But I’m sure the EGW red dot base for the Burris FF3 etc fits itTurkey68 wrote: ↑November 20th, 2021, 2:11 pmDo you know what scope mount base fits it ?squirrel_hunter wrote:Takes the longer invector chokes. Re: Mossberg 500 410
If I have an older model fixed choke mossberg 500 410, could I replace the barrel with one from the newer turkey models and have a gun that now has the capability of interchangeable chokes?
Looking for an option cheaper than threading my barrel if possible

Threading is probably cheaper than buying a a barrelpatternfreak wrote: ↑March 31st, 2022, 10:40 am If I have an older model fixed choke mossberg 500 410, could I replace the barrel with one from the newer turkey models and have a gun that now has the capability of interchangeable chokes?

Some of the 500’s have different barrels due to the size of the gun
If a compact it can be shorter barrel lug

Gotcha. I can't find the new barrels online anyway. Old barrel runs 125, roughly the same price as threading
