Rover Pipeline as of 09/03/2017

On the way out of the woods this afternoon, I decided to see what, if anything, they had done to join the 2 sections of pipe. The grass in the drive lane is coming up nicely. They have installed a set of valves on 1 section. The other valves will be installed on the other section, I assume. You can see the large timbers they put under the pipe to hold it up. A few months ago, I spoke with a foreman & he told me that the pipeline would be flushed among other things. I again assume that is what is happening now especially since they have a truck with non-potable water. I have no idea what those yellow pieces of equipment are unless they somehow either force the water into the pipeline or suck it out. I think that short section of pipe may be what they use to join the 2 sections.
