2015 Bowl Game Pick em explanation and rules

Post by Jhoutz1982 » December 7th, 2015, 6:47 pm

The College Bowl Game season is upon us and it is time to test your luck picking the winners of this years games.
There will be 42 games to pick from this year including the College Football Semi-Finals games and the National Championship game. The first game will be played at 12 Noon on Saturday, December 19th so your picks for ALL of the games ( including playoff semi-finals and the championship game ) must be submitted before that time. You will be allowed to change and edit your picks as many times as you see fit up until that deadline. Just like the weekly contest this is picking the straight up winner, no line or spread involved. 39 of the games will be worth 1 point each. The Playoff semi-finals will be worth 2 points each. The national Championship game will be worth 3 points. If after all bowl games are played we end up with a tie score I am going to do the same thing Tom did last year and have 2 wildcard games. In these games you will guess the total number of points scored in each game. In the event of a tie we will calculate who guesses the closest point totals of both games combined and we will determine the winner at that point. At this point in time, this contest is strictly for bragging rights and pride however if anybody wants to donate a prize of some sort feel free. Thanks for playing and good luck!
