Both deer have been cut up. Tomorrow I plan to package roast & chunks for chili & spaghetti sauce. I will make some jerky & sausage as well.

Now that was just a "putterin' round" day, wasn't it
Only took about 5 hours but my hands & back are sore!! I trimmed & ground the pork & packaged a lot
of the venison. Next step, grind the venison.
