Pulled cards today and got this

My question is.
Is This is a piebald buck.
I got pics of him through out our deer season but all at night and never really noticed his feet and face in the night photos. This is of course during day and I was like man that's cool. He's got potential to be a damn good buck.

Somewhere I have pics of a buck my buddy shot years ago. If I find them I will post them. We nicknamed it the "Bobby Socks Buck" cause his legs including the hooves were white up to the knee caps.Had a lot of white on his belly also. I'd say yours is a piebald.

Golly, the ones in Gratiot County, MI, that I've seen, didn't even look close to that and never supported a rack like that one had!!

As I recall it wasn't that big. I will see if he can send me a pic of the rack. Another cool thing was it was his first buck with a handgun. He use a .357 Dan Wesson.

Been a few years ago
I shot a 9 point buck that had white hooves in the front.
With white up his legs and the white theoatbpatch was all the way down his brisket

I kept the front hooves but my dog chewed them up before I could do anything cool with them.

Ole whitey is back this year but messed up. He’s got a good left side. I don’t know if it’s genetics or something injured it while growing. He was a perfect rack last year.

Cool, the donkey is back.

I'd say injury for sure. Looks like his right ear is ripped pretty good. May be from a fight last year.

Good thing he has a ripped ear and messed up rack so you can tell him apart from the other bucks.

Upon further review, it's not his ear, it's the side of his face/head.

It’s not his ear or head. I don’t think so anyway. Looks like The makings of a drop tine. Idk though. Looks to me that it’s away from its skin/body that it doesn’t appear to be a tumor. So that’s why I’m thinkin it’s the makings of a drop tine not grown right.

Alright it doesn’t look like the pics are showing ole whitey on this thread but I feel like this is the right spot to post this. To y’all that remember this buck. Just pulled cards and ole whitey has a little one running around. Well that’s what I figure anyway with the white nose and feet

Well my quest for this buck is over.
Found out Monday after rifle season opened up Saturday he’s dead. I hunted him Sunday and monday and never saw him. Long story short guy I work with said his dad got a text of a buck being killed that looked like the one I was hunting. So the guy I worked with text me the pic and I instantly knew it was him. My heart fell out. Anyway I got the guys phone number. We talked for 20 minutes or so on phone. He shot him Saturday morning (opener for rifle season)just right at daylight. Last pic I had of him was at 7:55pm Friday night. He was in there Friday morning to at 9:43am. I told him congratulations on a fine buck. It’s bittersweet but it happens. His farm is around 3 miles as crow flys from mine.

Wow. I wish you or your Wife would have got a chance at him. He turned into a stud. But congrats to the lucky hunter. You don't see many like that. It's a possibility another one will pop up at some point. One can hope.
