Kill at least one of my birds every year the last 4 years with this call. Love this call.

Would love to get a Brazilian Rosewood 5-1/2" from Mr. Billy! Awesome call!
Re: Brazilian Rosewood Buice
Brazilian Rosewood is a rare one. Its still out there but imports have been banned for years. So all wood should be certified pre ban. Kinda like Ivory. And on top of that is a Buice! Great trumpet!
Re: Brazilian Rosewood Buice
Correct, this piece came off a block a high end collector out of texas gave him. Had him make two calls then let him keep two blanks.
Billy had a big stash of Billets that he got from and old furniture making company. Mr Buckner had found them and told Billy. He built his anniversary sets out of them and is out. No more.
I love Brazilian rosewood. It is known for its tonal quality. Many high end guitars were made out of it. You can find lots of guitar panels but turning squares are getting harder and harder to fins

This turning block just came in today. I found some and snatched it up. Getting harder and harder to find. Like to have a stash for sending off to make custom trumpets.
