To all you Persimmon Popper freaks out there (you know who you are lol) we have some of the calls with the black running through them as well as the regular ones. We also have some Ash Burl that are very limited. The Ash Burl will be the travel call again this year (by popular demand) So if you are one of the lucky eight travel call participants that get even luckier and get the draw you will get you one. For you unlucky ones you have the chance to buy one before they are gone.

How does it work? The traveling call?

Depending on where the participants hunt and when the season opens in their area the call is used and reported on GN and then signed and shipped on to the next participant and so on. At the end all participants are put in a drawing and one wins the call. That’s a pretty simpleton explanation but you get the general idea I hope.

I’m interested in the the travel call part. You may not remember me but I remember you. Me you ricky Burke’s and Doug Updike were talkin at NWTF in 2018. Ricky talk highly of the persimmon popper.
I’m not sure how you enter this travel call thing but I’m in ky. April 18th.

I do remember that meeting! You want to contact Brice “hoobilly” Hensley to get in on it. I don’t think all the details are ironed out yet. There will probably be plenty of posts on it in the near future.
