Snakewood Trumpet

Post by KPcalls »

I bought a few pieces of snakewood awhile back and just couldn't wait to see what the inside held. This call has a elephant ivory mouth piece, antiqued brass ferrule and a matching adjustable snakewood lip stop. The lanyard has solid brass beads and a wild caught gobbler bone bead.

It plays well, all my calls play very easily.....There not that hard to learn with practice for those that have the sounds of the wild turkey etched in their brain.

Thanks Mike...Yall don't cut anybody any slack... :D I keep some young gobbler bones from down my way in hopes that they will be small enough to use as wing bone mouth pieces....the beads are from those that won't work.
