Since I had a little time on my hands and I was at Wal-Mart I decided to try this.
I bought a can of .96 cent flat black and some floruescent yellow and orange. I decided to go a little different route and spray paint a poster board with yellow instead of using the small sheets of contruction paper. Below is my test board. You can see how it held up to the magnum Red Ryder BB gun I pounded it with. I believe it works.
Here is the first rough 2x2 I finished. It takes a little longer on a cold day because the paint doesn't want to set as fast. I printed off the square target and cut it out with a razor to use as a stencil. I rednecked the circles. I have one other 2x2 I am finishing and then its off to the range.
I have $10 in materials, only because I bought the can of yellow. I can probably do 5-6 2x2's before the can of black runs out. But's its only .96/can.

Two of my favorite things. DIY and cheap.
Put you plans in the nail scarred hands.

Yep, thats it. I just cut a circle on a piece of paper and laid it over the black and sprayed it.

I've made a few of these in the last few weeks. They work really well. I could see the hits through a 14X scope at 400 yards.
