On Monday I thawed out a half breast of a March 31st turkey. I've been cutting off a little each day for dinner or lunch. I cut small nuggets, no more than .5 to .75" thick and coat them in olive oil in small ziploc bag. I heated up a 10" cast iron skillet on the gas grill, set on highest setting and preheated it until it smoked, 15 minutes or so. I cooked the nuggets fast, a minute or two each side and when done, sprinkled with Zatarain's Creole Seasoning, just enough not to overpower the turkey. Yes, as good as they look.
