They took some BBQ brisket mixed with some spices & placed it in a hollowed out jalapenjo (
spellin ) that had been pickeled (also think some cheese), then twice dipped it in flour,then butter milk & something else that looked kind of like corn meal.When they came out they were golden brown & about the size of a tennis ball, man...I could just about loose a finger to one of those things.
Anyone ever make these ??
