Looking for a good chicken gizzard and hearts recipe.leaning towards a good dirty rice or a good fried recipe.got 3# pounds to fool with thawing.thanks,dan

most would season, batter and fry

I like to sautee sans any meal coating,,

they make great dirty rice

if you have an insta-pot (electric pressure cooker) cook them in it on high for 15 minutes first,,tender them right up

I got 5 or 6 recipes but will have to dig them up later - not chicken (duck, swan, and dove) but hearts and gizzards are hearts and gizzards

here is one I posted earlier for dove,,,I'd do similar with chicken hearts/gizzards in a skinny minute
