I’ve heard you talk about the chuck eye. We don’t have a local butcher shop, per se, and buy the 3-4 pack of ribeyes from Costco. Crazy awesome, good. I’m a big guy but can only eat about half of one. They are rich!! Delicious, but rich! Eat the rest for lunch or breakfast, down the road. Nothing better than a rare-ish medium rare ribeye on a smoking hot grill. Crispy outside, done perfect inside!
Gosh.. I’m killin’ myself here!

my sister had a costco membership. ill ask her to grab me some chucks to grill! that looks too good
