well my wife tried a self made recipe on turkey breast the other day and it was delicious and juicy.
1.cut breast in squares or strips
2.soak in pickle juice oner night
3.wipe off and roll in thin smear of mayonnais
4.flour
5.season flour with seasoning of your choice
6.fry
go enjoy

I just soak em in Buttermilk for a day in the fridge, and batter em. Not sure I could get em any better than that.
