1 lb. Ground breakfast sausage
1 Pan plain cornbread
3-4 Hard boiled eggs

Butter to Saute

Crumble and brown sausage, drain and put into a bowl. Crumble up cornbread by hand and add to sausage in bowl. Chop boiled eggs and add to sausage and cornbread mixture. Finely chop onion and pepper, saute in butter and add to mixture. Empty can of cream of chicken soup into mixture. Add salt and pepper. Mix ingredients well by hand. Stuff into turkey or chicken and bake. If you have extra stuffing, you can put it into a casserole dish and bake till set and golden brown on top
