Met 3 crazy Wisconsin Musky fishermen in Canada this year, and I wish I could remember what this dish was called, but I tried one, and Dang were they good. They took pieces of venison that had been marinated in Soy Sauce and syrup, wrapped in Bacon, and then grilled. Absolutely deliscious.
