Deer Meat Polish Sausage.

Made 15 lbs. of sausage. Used a High Mountain kit and added a few extras to it. Added an onion,2 heaping tbsp minced garlic, and a couple hands full of high temp cheddar cheese. Used peach and hickory for smoke.
