Wild Turkey Sausage Scrabble

This is something I just threw together for fall turkey camp.
1 pound of homemade wild turkey sausage
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 bundle of green onions with most of the green removed, chopped
6 large button mushrooms, chopped
Cheddar cheese, as much as you want
Eggs, as many as needed
Oil, just enough to keep the sausage & veggies from burning/sticking
Heat a frying pan & add oil to coat the bottom.
Fry the turkey until there is no pink.
Put turkey in a separate container.
Add oil.
Fry the veggies until tender.
Add the eggs & cheese, stirring until the eggs are cooked.
Buon appetito!!
