Post by slickyboyboo »

Ingredients:

1 lb Bacon
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tspn Cayenne Pepper
1 tspn Ground Mustard
1/2 tspn Ground Black Pepper

Directions:

-Dry your brown sugar, low temp in oven, or air dry.

-Mix your sugars, cayenne, mustard, and pepper together.

-Grind in spice grinder to a fine powder.

-Place your bacon out on a baking sheet, and sprinkle a good coating of your mixture on each side.

-Place your coated bacon on a baking rack, so the fat can drip off.

Place in oven at 240°-250° for 1 1/2 hrs.

-Enjoy!
