Caught this carp today using ultralite rod & reel with 6 lb. test. It was a 20 minute battle !

38 lbs. 8 ozs. 47 " long

No it's not the same picture as before. The first one weighed 33 lbs. 12 ozs.

No I didn't snag him ! I caught him on corn.

I use a #6 Eagle Claw hook with 4 kernels of whole yellow corn & 1 small split shot to keep it on the bottom.
