my year goes like this. turkey hunt-bass fish- squirrel hunt- deer/bear hunt- trout fish- repeat

May is eye itchin, Catfish, and Bluegill month for me. Crappie are still biting good. They are running a little late.
Probably gonna go tomorrow afternoon and try to stock the freezer while I still have the chance.
Turkeys are winding down. Trekked 2 miles on my bum leg this morn. Never heard the first gobble!
