He was heavy for a mountain bird, 17 lbs, and a 3 year old. 11/16” spurs and a 8-7/8” beard.
48.5 score, so he's not going to cull anything.

Cull is to pick out and kill a breeding species....target a certain bird or breeding species. Hawglips, what do you mean by he's not going to be able to cull anything?
