.670 Haymaker Choke & Magblends

Post by vaturkey »

I recently purchased a Haymaker Choke Tube made by Indian Creek for Down N Dirty Outdoors. This .670 is recommened for the Fed HW loads. Even though it looks just like a regular IC tube it has no ports & no wad catchers. It shot the Fed HW's pretty good but shot the Hevi 13 Magblends REAL good. This was a 3 1/2" 2 1/4 oz load @ 40 yds with a SBE2 24" barrell. I shot 2 times & got 264 1st shot & 271 2nd shot. This will be my backup gun to my M2 20 ga. Im ready to roll some heads. Thanks for lookin !

There are no numbers on any of my clocks below 8. Then all of a sudden, 2 days before turkey season they appear. Then right after the season they disappear.
What's up with that

To be honest I really dont see a problem with posting a pattern in the call making section. Did I post my muzzleloader in the wrong section too. Sorry if I may have caused someone to over exert themselves by having to make a couple of extra clicks. :? :? :o

Great pattern! I tested the haymaker in my 26" rem 20ga, the pattern was thin but very even in then 10 and 20 rings, no big numbera though, best I got was in the 130's with the Federal Heavyweight 7's. I'll be doing a test with the 870 12ga 26" with mag blends and hevi-13 7's soon.
