My project
A year or more I bought a Hi Point Carbine in 45acp, I liked it so much I had to buy another. Since the Sandy Hook Shooting they are hard to find, long with AR's. After 6 days of continued searching I found one & had to pay a 1/3rd more than the last one I purchased. I figure too with Sen. Feinstien & Obama's proposed list of possible gun bans the Hi Point Carbine is marked on their, making it hard to find & buy. Been working on this for about a week or so, at nights. I added a DPMS Detachable Carry Handle with A2 Rear Sight, Off- Set rail for the Halo Sight (which I Moly in Dark Earth Tan) along woth the barrel, upper, tactical flash light & mount, with 4 picatinny rails & upper forearm rib.
Rick my in-house shop gunsmith done a polish job on the feed ramp & a trigger job, and done the Moly & camo work. All is left is to get the Walther Nano Point Red Dot Sight (which will be on the off set rail) & 5 Position Tactical Folding Grip that can accommodate a pressure switch for a the tactical flash light. The camo is a Desert Digital.
was (1st purchase)
Walther Red Dot Nano Point (just ordered it.)
Almost finished product.
heres my 1st one
it has the Dueck Defense RTS Offset Gun Sights, Older Burris Red Dot with a Cant Style Mount, finished in USMC Digital Camo & OD Green Moly. Rick done a trigger job, polished the feed ramp.

Re: My project
Absolutely awesome Don!
How does she shoot? I'd imagine pretty awesome if Rick already looked it over and took care of the trigger and feed ramp.

Re: My project
I like them both. Do they make a 9 mm version of that rifle. I got a 9 mm rifle a lot like that. Not sure.
