Browning shotgun trigger fix

Post by deltastrutter »

Is there a trigger fix for a browning gold 12 or browning silver 20? I saw mcarbo has spring kits for some guns but can’t find anything for either of the two. Thanks for help.

I would say if MCarbo doesn't offer them then there probably is not. I just ordered 2 spring kits for both my 870's. It may be worth an email to MCarbo.

Have you tried Tarjan springs?

Hoobilly thanks for the reply. I have not heard of them but will definitely look them up on internet and see. Hopefully they do!

I have an SX3 20 ga that I hear is the same gun as the Browning Silver. I  t had a real heavy trigger. It was also very inconsistent on trigger weight, some were not bad, most were super heavy.
My local gunsmith did some spring work and polishing and it's great and consistent now.
