:P
I looked but I tore the tag off probably on day one. I think it was Allen or Kolpin. I have one on an 11-48 16ga too.

Those old Mag 10's were (and still are) HTH. Heavier than hell. Mine fully loaded weighed 12.75 lbs. I don't miss it. Gil

Those old zipper covers are probably no longer made. These Beartooth neoprene comb raiser kits would protect and camo the bulk of the stock. Be simple to fabricate a sleeve for the forend.

I had one of the zipper camouflage covers on a bps 10ga about 20yrs ago. It kept the wood pretty when it was in use.

Did it resemble this?

Kane Gun Chaps. I had them on a Weatherby Mark V. Haven't seen any for a while.

McNett makes a non-marring camo wrap in several patterns ( camo version of the 3-M Coban) which works great when you do an over-layered spiral wrap. Take a dowell or equivalent to rub the tape over the rib to flatten for better use w/ open sights or beads.
