Keltec KSG12
Has anyone looked at buying one of these putting a red dot on it and choke adapter that would accept Rem chokes? I was thinking it would be awesome w/ Indian Creek choke and some TSS..... What yal think, just been rolling that around in my head.

Looks too heavy for me to lug around in the woods.
Re: Keltec KSG12
Game warden may check you extree close if you tote that in the woods.

1) 26” overall length (that’s 14” shorter than most youth/compact shotguns)
2) <7 lbs
3) 18.5” barrel
4) Dual mag tubes that let you select ammo feed...
If you could get it to pattern halfway decent, what’s not to like?

18.5" barrel might be a little loud. I could be interested if it had a suppressor.

Re: Keltec KSG12
They are really expensive for what they are, just wondered what everyone on here thought. The ones I have seen are upwards of $800-$900 I can get about any setup I want around that $ range. Thanks for the feedback an yes it is probably really loud, looks gangster, probably wouldn't pattern good either. But u could get one dipped in bottomlands, get a suppressor, and spend a small fortune getting it to pattern out to 50 yds. Would be cool for someone with money to burn
Re: Keltec KSG12
It's not just the fact the barrel is 18.5" that would be rough on the ears. The shooter's ears are handful of inches closer to muzzle than with an 18.5" barreled pump, auto or break-action. Add a suppressor. Then the length advantage is compromised and more weight added. And it's 12 gauge. Rube Goldberg would love this gun.
