Barrel Cleaning

Post by K9Doc »

So a buddy and I followed Clark’s method of Deep cleaning our Shotguns.
Each was already sighted in with either scopes or Reflex sights.
After cleaning per Clark’s Instructions the bores were shiny and spotless.
However, each of our shotguns were shooting atleast
6-12” High!!!
How common is this?

If you removed barrels and the sights were mounted to the receiver the sights so usually be off when u put the barrel back on. Doesn't happen all the time but does happen. If had it happen on my 870. So now after sighting in for season I don't take barrel off till after season.

Never had that problem. I clean thoroughly in between shots. Not Clark’s exact method
