Tristar 410 semi auto

Post by coconut »

I was reading that at the shot show tristar was supposed to introduce a 410 semi auto sized to 410 frame. Anyone have any experience with a tristar?

I know a couple people who have had good luck with their 20 gauges. I did not find anything about the .410 you mentioned, but searching did turn up a 4# folding twelve gauge. http://rockymountainbushcraft.blogspot. ... vival.html

I have a TriStar Viper G2 28 ga. and a Hunter 12 ga. O/U, quality is very good for the price IMHO. The Viper G2 28 ga. weighs in at just over 5 lbs and both guns shoulder nicely and have a really good "feel" to them.

Article 2shooter posted says 5.7 pounds. I hope they didn’t make it that heavy. Need semi auto 410 at 5 or less.

Use to have a Remington 1100 410 but if I got to tote that much weight might as well carry a 12

I own a Viper G2 Turkey and have had several problems with it. Tristar has been outstanding trying to get the problems fixed! I know several others that shoot them with no problem.

TriStar's website lists the Viper G2 28 ga. at 5.2 lbs. and the 20 ga. at 5.8 lbs. I cant see the 410 coming in at 5.7 lbs but who knows.

so I get to load TSS and use it for gobbler killing

so far I have only shot 3 factory loads through it to see how it cycled.

Well I couldn't stand it and had to weigh my 28 ga. and with the Speed Bead mount and FF III on it it weighs 5 lbs. 13 oz.
