Photobucket now charging to share photos with 3rd parties?

What a crock. Still free to store your pictures on Photobucket but now they won't let you share them on 3rd party site like forums boards like this unless you upgrade to the p500 or something? Did I read that right? Anyone else run into this?

Several of us have posted on this in other topics. It's for real. On the one hand, if the market will bear it then good for them. On the other, seems stupid and is annoying.
