Almost had my first 20g kill this morning. Didnt hear any turkeys gobbling but did call in 2 nice longbeards, they were headed for the decoys at about 40 yds when they changed thier minds ( I believe it was because of the jake decoy ) so as they turned to leave I started to line up for shot.....dadgum holographic sight was fogged, I couldnt see anything.Had to sit there and watch them walk away.

How the hell did you do that? Never had that happen.

I know some folks hate them but my B Square saddle mount and the ability to look at the bead underneath has saved me before.

Too bad you didn't think to look down the side of the barrel and aimed.

Never had my holo sight fog up, even in the rain. Equipment malfunction is crappy. Sounds like you didn't spook em. They don't know how close they came to a dirt nap.

think JD had something to do with it anyway.....something about GN contest and good luck with a giggle when he gave me the 20 back
