Nice! Thats the way a turkey video should be. It's nice to hear the birds chirping instead of some head banging music while the bird comes in. That was better than anything I've seen on tv in a long time.

Now that I've learned more about my camera, the videos would be better if I could just get someone to run it while I am shooting. I've learned to watch the call position in relation to the mic. Although that call is running about 99.5% on bringing a bird in each time you run it, my ears bleed a little everytime I watch the video.
The mount was done by Dean Stallion of American Taxidermy in Boonville, Indiana. It is probably the best looking bird I have ever seen. I think a lot of it has to do with the skill of the taxidermist and the fact that the bird was carried a mile back to the truck by one arm extended out in front of the guy carrying it who had a bum shoulder at the time. I don't think it lost over 5 feathers and the all had to be left in place, clean and the bird couldn't touch anything on the way to the truck.
Man, that thing came from about a half mile away. He wasn't the bird we set up on and I don't think we could even hear him answering until he was about a quarter mile away.
