Shot this little male this afternoon. They cut the hay in the back field yesterday, so it’s time for the coyotes to go hunting for mice and such. Had the T/C .22-250 at the ready. He was broadside to me and only had a 4” shot, or so, above the wind row. Whacked him at 100 yards and broke his back. He started crawling away and got a neck/head shot on him to finish him off. Head shot was probably 110 yards!
Hate to have to shoot twice but....

Nice shooting and good killing.

If you shoot another one and send them both to ICDEDTURKY'S Taxidermy Studio I would bet he could fix you up with one sweet mount.

Good job, nice shootingI need get out, sal bought a foxpro and some motorized decoy on a stick.

I told her we could go to the pound get two cats, tie their one leg on each with a piece of rope toss over a limb so they can barely touch ground and they each pull get other one over to their side of branch screeching.

Another thing that works a burlap bag full of kittens in a field meowing.

Or a chicken on one of those screw in the ground dog holders with rope tied to feet, can't beat the motion as they walk in a circle.

But no we dumped hundreds in electronics
