Aunt Evelyn’s North Place 09/15/2017 P.M.

I got into the woods at 01:00 this afternoon, temp 78, calm, & high puffy white clouds. It was a beautiful day to be in the woods. At01:21, I spotted a fox to my left working along the side of the ridge before going to the top & disappearing. I hoped it would work its way back down to me. This is the 1sr bushy I have seen in this woods this year.

At 01:27, I saw a whitetails white tail across the creek in the distance. Never saw anything but the tail. At 03:30, another 1 ran along the side of the ridge & over the top following the same route as #1.

I had squirrels in the fridge that needed attending so I headed home at 04:00, temp of 84 & getting cloudy. On the way out, I found a new spot to sit closer to the route the foxes had taken & also found a pawpaw. I plan to hit the woods behind the house in the morning.
