I bet it is the same, walmart got ahold of Cabelas Chinese manufacturers, they may have made some subtle changes to it so as not to copyright, Im glad, give cabelas a run for their money!! This made my day, thanks for posting. But I hope it still comes with the cheap carrying straps, our Lounge sack is about our only bread n butter :banghead:

Below is a link to the Turkey Thug Seat on Wal Mart's website. I have not checked in the store, but these are two totally different seats from the Turkey Thugs seat and the Gobbler Lounger. Post up a pick TT if what you have is different.

Thanks,

Kevin

They also had them at the local Walmart here but were sold out. They only had the Turkey Thug stools left like whats posted above. The price on the loungers here was $20.

Cabelas sells the real thing for 39.00 dollars. Then after no one buys them they run them out the door for 17.00. I usually buy 3 or 4 at 17 and give them away on here.

I saw that one also, they had both this one and a gobbler lounger. And yes the first thing I looked at was the strap. I still have a gobbler lounger but it has about had it, all the rivets are loose and it rattles a lot. I bought a new one last year but I made sure it was not a gobbler lounger.

I sure wish I could buy some of the louner frames, I looked into it last year with no luck, If I could get the frames, I could cover them in any camo I want. They are strictly made in China and I cant.

Yeah Guys, They are the same design but I put them side by side and first thing I noticed was the Walmart version has more thread in the backing that could come loose but do love the Obsession Camo that Matches my Mossberg 930, My Lacrosse Alphas, My Primos Gobbler vest ETC lol But yeah basically the exact same seat...I have 4 Gobbler loungers and if you do flop down in them The rivets wont hold up...I always cut the cheesy strap off and replace it with a cheap padded Gun sling for about $6

There are no numbers on any of my clocks below 8. Then all of a sudden, 2 days before turkey season they appear. Then right after the season they disappear.

With a shipping weight of 7.1 pounds, that chair has to weigh at least 5.5-6 pounds. That's a lot of extra weight to carry around.

I bought one from Bass Pro a couple weeks ago that looks really similar to the Cabelas lounger and the turkey thug chair, paid 25 bucks.
