Scope Mounts

Post by CamoMan4025 »

Well, I think that product reviews on forums like this are extremely important with no fluff or BS. I recently purchased a new scope for my Tikka and needed to change my rings from 1" to 30mm. I ended up getting a set of the Leupold BackCountry mounts. I have to say, these things are super light and the rings on the inside were super smooth. I have a Wheeler scope mounting kit with lapping rods, etc and I didn't have to touch these rings. Lapping would not have made a difference and they lined up perfectly. I can't yet comment on the durability, but so far I am super impressed with the quality, ease of installation and look of these mounts.

Leupold makes some dandy mounts. Got on set on my 110 for my Burris.

Leupold is quality.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?
