Gobbler Nation

I just finished this turkey for a friend of mine. I normally don't mount turkeys for anyone other than myself. He asked if I would mount this turkey because it has 5 Beards. He is not a big turkey hunter but he had moved and where he moved there was a bunch of turkeys. After he dropped this turkey off he said he went hunting that next weekend and killed a gobbler that had 2 beards, 1 beard was almost 12" and it had 1 1/2" spurs. I think I am going to ask him if I can come and hunt next year. LOL

Man that thing is pretty that's a great job.......... And here I was thinking Alabama was the only state that had multi-beards

12" beard and 1 1/2" spurs on the same bird is pretty sweet too!

Hey,, that's really cool man!!
In my entire hunting experience I haven't see a turkey that to with a "5 Beards" ,, I had seen turkeys with at most three beards but I'm really thankful of you that you posted such a fabulous post that would be a memorable one for me,, I had saved a copy of these pics in my collection of hunting photos!!
