Would anyone be interested

In a weekly football Pick em contest? We could use 4 or 5 college games and 4 or 5 NFL games where you pick the winner and say at the conclusion of the season have a winner based on total number of games correctly picked throughout the course of the season..

I would be willing to coordinate it if we had enough interest.. We could create a sub board where each week the games are posted and you post in a thread your picks, any picks edited after midnight on Thursday or Friday are disqualified.

Thoughts?

Sure. Its so dead this time of year. I say college as I dont follow the pro's much anymore.

I hope people would be interested. Heck you do not have to know squat each year ladies with no knowledge of college BB win office pools each year in NCAA brackets... I will do my best to post records next to the teams..

As for all college.. I am down with anything.. Only thing going all college we would have to go to say 10 games.. Alot each week will be gimmies.. IMO the NFL is more anyone can beat anyone on any given week..

But if folks want all college thats fine lets do it.. I will find a few games between less known schools with similar records that will make some research and differentiate the participants or get lucky. .

Great idea Tom. Sound like fun. We need to come up with more ideas like that to keep everybody entertained and attract more folks.

Another thing I thought of that some boards have, A Trail Cam Contest.. Seems we have a quite a few guys using them.. Does not necessarily have to be the biggest buck caught on trail cam but sometimes these cams capture some interesting goofy pics of wildlife.

I am down for the football. I would prefer all college but count me in either way. No cameras allowed on my club so I couldnt take part in that one but I would like to see the pics.
