Pole saw transportation

Post by coconut »

Getting ready to trim limbs off the roads before bush hogging and I always have trouble figuring a good way to haul the pole saw on a utv. Anyone know of a company that makes an attachment to hold the saw or some way to attach it where it is easy to access. Have to cut limbs about every 100 yards or so seems like. Don’t want it turning upside down in the utv or sticking up to high so as not to bend it. Anyone tried an electric stihl or hudsqvarna?

Shoot, on my 4 wheeler and towing my 10p John Deere cart, I just put the longer attachment on my 18 v battery Stihl, when I need it. I Iet the attached cutting end and battery operating end sit in the cart..
It only takes a sec. to put them all together when you need to.
Just put it on the UTV frame on the side and attach it with tarp straps or make a makeshift cradle holder up to house it, is what I would do as they are made for flexing ;)
ever wonder where the white goes when the snow melts??
