Grand Slam Pin Pot Calls

Post by timbrhuntr »

I asked Jim from Warbird calls to make up 4 different pot calls that I could mount my gand slam pins in if and when I ever got one.

Well I completed my first slam this year so here are the calls with the pins in them. Jim did a great job on the calls. They are all turkey but I am not sure that I will ever use them other than for display :( .

I wondered how those turned out Tim. Shoot, the displays make the calls look better. You did a good job on those.

Looks nice and a great idea, but I would have trouble not toting the calls in the woods.

Be super nice if you could get another slam and kill one of each subspecie with the respective call. It would give you a great excuse to plan out another slam anyway

This was suggested also on another site. I did kill an eastern in Ontario this year while using that call. I am going to NM and Texas next year so I may get to use those but I doubt I will ever get back to Florida again.

Thanks for the comments guys. Jim did an amazing job and I would recommend him without hesitation.
