Post by Hoobilly »

I have a GN travel call made by Andy Kaiser *Kaiser Kalls) and sent it to Del Crow last year. I plan on sending it next week to him so he can use for a couple days and he can send it to another GN member. if your interested in hunting with it this spring and signing it, let me know here and message me your contact info.

How you like that GN Travel Call?

Kaiser knocked it out of the park on that one I think

Got my butt kicked in Mississippi this week. They don't seem ready yet in the area I was hunting. Hopeing the forecast clears up before the weekend. My buddy got a 2 year old the first morning of our hunt, which was good.

Finally got on the board with the Travel Call this morning. My daughter killed her first turkey this morning with a jake called in with this call and a Del Crow mouth call. We were attempting to work a log beard that had gobbled well for an hour and a half, but was being drug away by a couple hens. While waiting on him to lose them, this jake came in to check us out and did not make it out alive. Not sure who was more excited about it, but it was a great morning and full of priceless memories. Thanks Hoobilly and Andy Kaiser for letting me be a part of this travel call story this season. I'll hunt it Monday and Tuesday for the Arkansas opener and ship it off to whomever Hoobilly instructs.

Forgot to mention, that this bird was also first bird we've killed with an awesome .410 O/U that I bought off GN Classifieds. Killed at 20 yards with "Short" Barrel with handload 10's.

She has top honors to be the first to have gobbler blood on that call. Del Crow fried like crazy last spring but it didn’t work out. Glad she got a goodn!

Hey Jason, Those pictures are priceless and memories that will last a lifetime. Not sure if I can hold up to the standards that you have set, but I will also be taking a youth hear in NY, and would love to get his name on the call. Shoot me a PM and I will give you my information. Thanks and stay safe.

Travel call shipped to Tboo. Only bird killed was my daughter's jake, but it saw some close calls Monday and Tuesday. Carried and called over many miles in Arkansas and Mississippi. Called in 1 hen, 2 Jake's, and 2 long beards. I just could close the deal on longbeards for multiple reasons...Image

Chalk up another first timer for the Kaiser Kall. Had a beautiful morning, with birds gobbling few hundred yards away off a corn field. After working them for awhile, we eventually persuaded some hens and 4 jakes to come through to our set up. He was awesome, very patient! About 5 minutes later comes another hen and 2 mature birds up the hill strutting. Came right to us with a great show. Took this bird with a compact 20 gauge 870 with Indian Creek and Federal TSS at about 30 yards. Want to thank Andy Kaiser, hoobilly and everyone else who made this possible. Made this young mans day, and he is hooked. Special day all around! Checking in with Hoobilly to see who is next.
