Nashville 2019 and new Fiddle Paddle!

Post by Mad_Baron »

Made down for half the weekend. Spent some time with great call makers and turkey hunters. An amazing hotel and NWTF put on a first rate show.

Had to go see Marlin Watkins and Friday and he steered me toward a Macacauba over Ohio Butternut fiddle paddle. She has 3 distinct hens in here and gobbles well. SO HAPPY with it and a wood he does not get to use often makes it a little more special.

See you all in 2020.Image

Nice. I didn’t see his booth. I went on Saturday and it was so crowded!

I would love to meet him and someday get a trumpet from him.

Beautiful call, congratulations.

This was the first time I’ve been to the convention. Had a great time.
